Raw material management

Raw materials are the headstreams of product production.
We are not only a processor of mica product, but also a miner of raw ores. The purchase of the 100% interest of the “Xiaowenshan Mica Mine in Lingshou County” officially marked our full entry into the mining, production and management field of mica mines. This not only guarantees our own raw ore supply, but also allows us to gain even more experience in the geological resources, mine exploitation and ore classification of mica.
The “Xiaowenshan Mica Mine in Lingshou County” is a large gneiss-type flaky mica mine with geological reserve in excess of 3 million tons established by regular geological exploration and certified for mining operation.
As stable raw material sources decide the existence of a manufacturer and the stability of the final product, they have always been the highlight of our work.

Process management

Complex processes are involved when turning raw material into finished product. Under a complete package of processes, clear management highlights or working elements are needed for each production process, whether it is equipment or worker. Only in this way can we guarantee product quality.
Management is always regarded as a top priority for institutional construction. We continue to cultivate and improve our workers’ personal quality, ensure that each set of equipment is always in good working status; perform the tasks indicated on the “Quality Management Program Chart”, advocate a full-staff quality management policy, ensure our product is produced in stable quality; employ all efforts in pushing forward the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.

Finished product management

Finished product is the final goal for all productions. Our finished product management covers quality inspection, product appearance and inventory control.
Like production process management, finished product management is carried out under specific management policies. All testing work is done to ensure the testing data are reliable, verifiable and traceable, and no nonconforming product is delivered to customers.
In order to provide satisfactory product to customers, appearance management and inventory control are also included into our quality management system to prevent model error, contamination and damage and ensure product safety.

Test means

We own a perfect quality test laboratory equipped with all necessary routine test apparatuses and instruments. Our test methods and standards are the same with many important customers.
      Routine test items include:
      gangue content
      free iron content
      grain size distribution (negative-pressure screening, wet testing, slap screening, laser grain size testing)
      whiteness
      bulk density
      moisture content...
